Shipping policy

1. Shipping Eligibility

OSHA Training School ships course completion cards within the United States only.
Our courses and card shipping services are not available outside the U.S., and enrollment is limited to individuals eligible to take OSHA and SST training within the United States.

2. Card Delivery Timeline

Upon successful completion of an authorized course, students will receive their official course completion card by mail.

  • Processing & delivery time:
    Cards are typically delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from the course completion date.

  • Delivery times may vary due to processing delays or postal service issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method & Cost

  • Initial card shipment:

    • Shipped via regular U.S. mail

    • Free of charge

    • No tracking number provided

  • Free re-print (if applicable):

    • Shipped via FedEx

    • Free of charge

    • Tracking number provided

4. Free Re-Print Policy

If a student does not receive their card, one (1) free re-print is provided under the following conditions:

  • The student must contact OSHA Training School within 8 weeks of the course completion date.

  • Requests made after 8 weeks may not be eligible for a free re-print.

5. Additional Replacement Cards

  • After the one free re-print, additional replacement cards may be requested for a $50 replacement fee per card.

  • Replacement cards will be shipped via FedEx with tracking once payment is received.

6. Shipping Address Responsibility

  • Students are fully responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address at checkout.

  • OSHA Training School is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed after course completion.

  • Students must notify OSHA Training School as soon as possible to update their mailing address.

  • Address updates submitted after a card has already been shipped may require a replacement card request.

8. Lost or Delayed Mail

  • OSHA Training School is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
